Dear Colleagues,

I request your honour to permit for my introduction. Undersigned is basically B.E.HONS in electrical branch with an experience of nearly 28 years in large plants like L&T awarpur cement works, Raymonds, SLM Maneklal Ahemdabad, Andhra Cement, Vikram Cement etc. In L&T Awarpur Cement Works, we faced no. of electrical, mechnaical & instruments problem of various nature. We attacked these problems in phased manner & that large plant became
a profit center.

Some of the break downs were as below -

  1. Failure of H.T. Motors.
  2. Flashes in M.C.C., P.C.C.
  3. Frequent trapping due to dust on auxiliary contact which further resulted in to.

Short life of brick lining in kiln & large mechanical break downs. All my colleagues are well aware with the fact that all electrical machines are designed on the basis of heat generation & heat dissipation. We want for cooling system for H.T. Motors & M.C.C. & P.C.C. Room which resulted into zero break down.
